China Jiangsu Begins Mansa Airport Upgrade

China Jiangsu has started working on the upgrade of the Mansa Airport in Luapula Province.

Transport and Logistics Minister FRANK TAYALI has commended the company for commencing work.

Speaking when China Jiangsu Chairperson SONG QINBO paid a courtesy call on him at his office, Mr. TAYALI said the 740 million Kwacha Airport upgrade will enhance Zambia’s economy through increased use of air transport.

He said Government remains committed to transforming Zambia into a regional aviation hub.

And Mr. SONG has assured that China Jiangsu places premium on quality and timely delivery.

He said his company wants to contribute to Zambia’s economy through infrastructure development that stands the test of time.
