Absolute piffle by Emmanuel Mwamba. Which President of Zambia or even Minister of Home Affairs is informed about prayer functions of religious organisations? These are handled purely by the Police. Did the PF govetnment approve the special prayer function in 2013 where some people were killed in a food stampede?
