Legal Process to Make Zambia Police Account for Why Me Begins
…produce Why Me dead or alive within 24hrs…
Lawyers for Patriotic Front Secretary General have began a process to make the State account for the sudden disappearance of Francis Kapwepwe also known as Why Me and have written to the Attorney General, Mulilo Kabesha to compel the Zambia Police to release him.
On 2nd June, 2025, Why Me was abducted in Harare in Zimbabwe by Zambia state operatives and police from service headquarters and was transported to Lusaka, an incident widely reported by Kalemba, Koswe and CIC UPND online newspapers.
On 9th June, 2025 information emerged that Why Me had died in police custody and remains feared dead.
Lawyers for Nakacinda wrote;
“Our client informed us that Mr Francis Kapwepwe remains missing, and he is feared dead, with no proof of life shown or demonstrated since he was abducted by Zambian Police on 2nd June 2025.”
“In view of the foregoing, our client has instructed us to demand as we now do from yourselves for the immediate release of Mr. Francis Kapwepwe within 24 hours from the date of receipt of this letter or that he be brought before court if he has been charged with any offence as it is believed that he is in the custody of the Zambia police who are holding him for commission of a suspected offence.”
“We are also instructed that failure to do so, our client will commence legal proceedings against yourselves for the illegal and unconstitutional detention of Mr Francis Kapwepwe.”
So, it’s you who has been sending this boy to misbehave. Your cases are now piling Muamba.The law won’t be lenient Muamba keep on trying your lucky

What is your interest. As an adult has realised his criminality. Was he not with Jay jay? Why not ask Jay Jay the person who he last appeared publicly with.
It is on record, Kalemba , Koswe reported that Francis Kapwepwe AKA ‘Why Me’ was Arrested by State Operatives in Zimbabwe.. In an operation in which state agents were assisted by his Girl Friend..If Why Me is indeed dead, I fear for this poor Woman. She is the one who knows what happened…and dead witnesses don’t talk.
If the Police are holding him, as Koswe and Kalemba reported, let them bring him to Court.
Mr Francis Kapwepwe is a Zambian Citizen, with full rights, and the right to life.
If he has committed an offence, may the Police charge him and take him to Court. He is not an Expendable!

Do a search on this platfrom on 10th June, 2025 “POLICE DENY ARREST REPORTS OF CONTROVERSIAL BLOGGER “WHY ME” by Astrida Chalwe of Mafken News “Mr Hamoonga has told Mafken News via a telephone interview that he is not aware as claimed by some people that the controversial blogger is in police custody.” The article suggests that if indeed he was incustody he would still do a thorough search in all the Police Stations if he was in custody.

Arrest all those that are pressing for legal action in favour of the so called why me.
They were behind his unruly behavior and insults.
PF ooeratives championed by the likes of Given Lubinda, Emmanuel Mwamba and, Nakachinda are complicit in the so called Why Me’s uncouth behavior lacking Zambian cultursal norms! There’s no justification for crying foul about abuse of legal rights in favor of one who chooses to abuse the privilege of protection by choosing to be stupid at the behest of a failing and dying PF whose support for the unZambian behaved Why Me aligns the party to an immoral leadership! I can only suggest that PF is gripped with the fear of the truth that this Kapwepwe may share with the investigative wings! PF stop groping in the darkness the switch for light has not shifted you know where it is! Soccer teams re-strategize after match losses without disparaging opponent teams! May all those advocating for Why Me’s freedom and condone his behavior keep raising your voices for thats who you are….. gutter personalities!
So you are going to court to present writings by Kalemba and Koswe as evidence that Kapwepwe was abducted, even by Zambian state agents?
