Sean Tembo has cast doubt on Edgar Lungu’s family lawyer, saying his courtroom submissions seemed compromised and veered off-script, but admits the family still stands a chance due to South African law being in their favour!

No Mr Tembo, the lawyer just didn’t have anything to defend, he can’t just start manufacturing things that do not exist.
Compromised by who or what? I don’t understand why such a statement is being made. Does lack of preparation or confidence suggest that someone is compromised by an external factor other than a lack of a firm grasp and appreciation of the facts presented.
Infact most of the instances that arose were from the lawyers own affidavit submissions which he had to defend. To be fair he worked hard with what he had in hand. A task that is difficult to avoid when directly confronted. Especially when it is in black and white. Written!!
