The Real Estate Sector in the country is said to have recorded significant growth in the last 10 years and is poised for continued expansion.
Zambia Property Owners Association President, TIM WARE says the growth in the middle income population has resulted in high demand for residential housing.
He says the growth in the middle income population has also resulted in the construction of shopping malls and business parks in nearly all parts of the country.
And Real Estate Investments Zambia Chief Executive Officer, KAMBEU BANDA says the opening up of mining and tourism industries have also contributed to the growth of the sector.
Mr KAMBEU says property owners have also set up projects which target foreign expatriates as their clients in order to get better value.
